Hakuho Girls’ High School Dance Club participated in the “WORLD OF DANCE World Finals” held in Anaheim, America on July 9th. This tournament is the final competition in which only the top 10 teams from each division in the “Championship Round” are eligible to compete. Our school’s Dance Club advanced to the world championship stage after winning the Junior Division.

Even under the pressure from the previous day’s results, the students encouraged each other and aimed to deliver a performance that surpassed their efforts from the day before. While waiting for the results to be announced, they sent applause and words of celebration to other teams, deepening exchanges that transcended national and language barriers.

As a result, our school’s Dance Club won first place at the WORLD OF DANCE World Finals, achieving the top ranking in the world for two consecutive days. After their performance, they received warm words from many spectators and rival teams, which became a great source of confidence for the students.

We sincerely thank all the parents, school staff, and everyone who has supported us. Building on this experience, we will continue to strive toward “Club Activities worthy of being number one in the world.”
