On Saturday Hakuho students visited the historical place of Merdeka Square, the place where Malaysia declared independence. The students also visited the historical Sultan Abdul Samad building, which originally housed the offices of the British colonial administration during their time in Malaysia. This tour, greatly enriched the students understanding of the history of Malaysia.

The next activity was held at Kompleks Kraf, where students had the opportunity to do traditional Malaysian painting craft. The students’ craft reflected their own personal artistic sense and flare.
