Starting July 17 (Saturday), a Malaysia exchange study program for Global Course scholarship students has begun.

Although there was a sudden change to the departure flight on the day, the students assembled at Narita Airport on schedule and departed for Malaysia while being seen off by their families.

During the flight, students spent their time meaningfully in various ways, such as watching movies and studying using English vocabulary books.

At Kuala Lumpur International Airport, the teachers from Pine Hills International School, the host institution, welcomed them warmly. While showing some signs of nervousness, the students exchanged greetings with smiles, saying “Hello! Nice to meet you!”

Over the two weeks of study abroad that are about to begin, we hope that the students will actively engage with different cultures and accumulate much learning and growth through valuable experiences that can only be gained locally. We will endeavor to take on various challenges while paying careful attention to safety so that the study abroad becomes fulfilling.
