On August 5th, 11 students from various Courses at our school departed for the annual Utah summer homestay program in the United States.

In this program, students participate in classes at a local high school while experiencing American culture and lifestyle through homestays. Additionally, fieldwork visiting the magnificent national parks representative of Utah is planned, providing a valuable learning opportunity to experience the region’s rich natural environment and culture firsthand.

This year, students from Shinagawa Etoile Girls’ High School are also participating in this program, and it is expected that students from both schools will deepen their exchange, inspire one another, and learn much from each other.

Through life in a different culture and various experiences, we hope our students will broaden their international perspectives and return home having grown tremendously. We will provide updates on the activities at our program location on our school website as they become available.
