Tuesday, September 8, Hakuho Girls’ High School proudly welcomed six students from Uzbekistan, marking the beginning of our new and exciting partnership with the Canadian School of Tashkent.

Over the past two weeks, our Global Course students have welcomed the students into their classrooms, giving them a taste of Japanese high school life while learning about Uzbek culture and developing their cross-cultural communication skills.

Our guests also enjoyed outings to Kamakura and Tokyo Disney Sea with our teachers, enjoying traditional and modern Japanese culture.

It has been a wonderful opportunity for our students to connect across cultures and build new international friendships, and we hope to build a long-lasting relationship with the Canadian School of Tashkent.

９月８日（火）、白鵬女子高等学校では、ウズベキスタンの Canadian School of Tashkent から6名の生徒をお迎えしました。今回の交流は、両校の新たな国際交流のスタートとなる、大変貴重な機会となりました。

約2週間にわたり、本校のグローバルコースの生徒たちと一緒に授業に参加し、日本の高校生活を体験してもらいました。また、本校生徒もウズベキスタンの文化や生活について学びながら、異なる文化を持つ相手とのコミュニケーションを深めました。

滞在中には、教員とともに鎌倉や東京ディズニーシーを訪れ、日本の伝統文化から現代の文化まで、さまざまな日本の魅力を楽しみました。

今回の交流を通して、生徒たちは国や文化の違いを越えて交流する楽しさを実感し、新たな国際的なつながりを築くことができました。

白鵬女子高等学校では、今回の交流を一つのきっかけとして、Canadian School of Tashkentとの長期的な国際交流を築いていきたいと考えています。
