On November 3rd (Tuesday), second-year students in the Advance and Standard Courses engaged in a full day of free activity in London.

On the day, students planned their activities in advance by group and set out toward their respective destinations. Each group spent their time as they wished—visiting historic structures and landmarks including London Bridge, enjoying shopping, and experiencing local food culture.

By encountering cityscapes and culture different from their everyday lives, students were able to feel firsthand the unique appeal of Britain. Additionally, they gained valuable experiences unique to being abroad, such as checking maps while navigating unfamiliar territory to reach their destinations and communicating with local people using English.

This free activity day, where students worked together with their peers to think, make decisions, and take action, proved to be a fruitful day that fostered not only enjoyment of sightseeing but also the independence and cooperative spirit of each student.

The students fully savored the charm of London, making it a memorable day that will remain in their hearts.
