On November 1st (Saturday) and 2nd (Sunday), students from the 2nd year Media Art Course departed on a school trip to the United Kingdom.

This school trip includes various programs such as training sessions at Bournemouth Arts University and Royal Holloway University, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, and sightseeing in the city. It will be a valuable opportunity to deepen understanding of different values and lifestyles while experiencing local culture, art, and history.

The students who gathered at Haneda Airport showed some nervousness before departure, yet their hearts were filled with anticipation for the life that awaits them in the United Kingdom, new encounters, and the various experiences ahead. After the departure ceremony, the students set off energetically on their 4-night, 6-day school trip.

Through experiences in the streets and culture of the United Kingdom, including London, and interactions with people there, we expect the students will gain much learning and discovery that cannot be obtained in their regular school life. We hope that this experience will broaden each student’s perspective and lead to fruitful learning and creative activities in the future.

We will introduce updates about the students’ activities on-site on our homepage as they unfold. Please be sure to check it out.
